About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative at IMO360, you will be the driving force behind our growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and generating sales opportunities from our target list of real estate agencies/brokerages and developers.

  • Engaging in outbound sales efforts, nurturing prospects through cold calling and cold emailing.

  • Qualifying leads and effectively communicating customer needs to your manager and in our CRM system.

  • Taking a proactive approach to organize and schedule product demos for potential customers.

  • Tracking all sales activities diligently in our CRM.

  • Collecting valuable feedback and effectively communicating it to our product management team.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong ability to listen actively and engage prospects effectively.

  • A compelling sales personality with a drive to chase and close new business, both from cold calls and warm inbound leads.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Real Estate sector.

  • Sales development experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or Real Estate companies.

  • Native-level proficiency in Portuguese and excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

  • Understanding of real estate technology for professionals.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Curiosity, a growth mindset, and the ability to learn quickly.

  • Empathy, a desire to support clients, and a passion for new AI technologies.

  • Comfort with a fast-paced startup environment.
